Cancellation Policy

Welcome and Thank you for choosing The Social Life Studio

Since we are reserving time especially for you, we sincerely ask for at least a 48 hour in advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

*Some appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit such as Full Set services and other longer length services.

​

*ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

 

*All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to appointments. If you choose to cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour timeframe, your deposit will be forfeited. You can reschedule your appointment online prior to the 48 hours using the same deposit.

 

*Please note if you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled online. If you paid a deposit, it will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be paid.

 

*50% of the amount due the day of the service will be charged to the card saved on file if you have to cancel or reschedule the same day as your appointment or less than 24 hours to your appointment. This also goes for no call and no shows, 50% will be charged to the last saved card.

*An extra $10 charge for filling lashes from another Lash Technician.
